Arkansas State Red Wolves senior Kyle Coleman, who started 11 games at linebacker in 2013, has decided to transfer UAPB. The Golden Lions are coached by his father, former NFL standout Monte Coleman. The transfer appears to be based on playing time – as Coleman had apparently slid down the depth chart to 3rd string in spring practice. It probably says more about the overall talent of the A-State linebackers than it says about Coleman – as Quanterio Heath and Xavier Woodson have been coming on strong.
@TheSunJonesboro reports that Kyle Coleman is transforming from a Red Wolf to a Golden Lion. Transferring to play for dad. Good Luck Kyle!
