Well we could see the freight train coming all the way from Toledo, but we just couldn’t do anything about it. Still, it was a good season because it was a winning season, and the Red Wolves participated in yet another bowl game. That is 4 in a row. A winning tradition at Arkansas State has been firmly established when the down years are winning seasons with bowl games.
And, we look poised to repeat that again next year with all skill players on offense returning except Brandon Cox, and all but 2 starters on the offensive line back. The key will be bulking up the lines on both sides of the ball in the off-season, and increasing competition at many positions with the influx of midterm JUCO transfers.
Red Wolves Looking Forward to 2015: Jake Swalley and Waylon Roberson on the defensive line. That's 620 pounds of run stop'n bad ass.

There were plenty of memorable moments from 2014, including a win over Utah State – the best team we’ve beaten since ranked Kent State a couple GoDaddy Bowls ago.
And We broke some records.
#AState set a school & Sun Belt record with 477 points. That's 36.7/gm Oh, and 9 starters will be back to break that record in 2015!
